Genuine Original Baby Carriers

All of the products that we sell are genuine originals and are manufactured by the companies that operate the legal ownership of the brand names listed. 

We only sell high quality carriers from well known companies that have achieved an excellent reputation within the babywearing community. We personally test each type of baby carrier that we sell before placing it on our website to ensure that they meet our high quality standards.

Low cost baby carriers and poor quality copies are often manufactured from inferior materials and may pose a risk to the wearer or child. 


We currently accept the following methods of payment:

Secure payment by Credit Card via Paypal direct from this website

Cheque (please contact us for details)

Bank draft/Postal Order (please contact us for details)

Bank Transfer (please contact us for our details)

Please note: Products will only be delivered once payment is received, we aim to dispatch products within a maximum of 2 working days after payment is cleared. (with the exception of some colours of Calin Bleu and Ellevill products which may take a little longer). 

We know how important it is to get your baby carrier as soon as possible and because of this we use a next day delivery service within the republic of Ireland .Our customer feedback shows that almost all orders received on a weekday (other than Friday) arrive with the customer within 48hours of ordering. and almost all orders received on a Friday arrive with the customer the following Tuesday. However, if you are concerned about delivery times for an order, feel free to drop us an email and we can confirm exactly when your item will be posted.


The price for shipping is generated based on the total cost of the purchase and will be displayed when you click the "add to cart" button (you will still have the option of canceling the sale at that point).

Our current shipping rates are:

Orders within Ireland: €7.00

Local Collection is also possible, please contact us for details. 

These shipping rates are for products delivered within Ireland (Including Northern Ireland). Please contact us for shipping rates outside of Ireland. Currently we are only shipping within the EU.

Packaging: We recycle packaging whenever we can and encourage our customers to do likewise.

Please note: We are not responsible for products once they have shipped, please contact us if you haven't received your products within 5 working days, or if you haven't received an order confirmation email from us within 48 hours. We always send out a personal confirmation email (from Koalacubs not just from paypal) as soon as we process an order (which is normally the same day that the order is placed). 


We hope you will be happy with your products purchased from Koalacubs,. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund providing the product is unused, still in it's original packaging and is fit for re-sale. Please inform us by email if you wish to do this. 

If a product is found to be faulty on arrival, please contact Koalacubs immediately to let us know and then send it back to us within 7 days for a replacement or a full refund.

In either instance, we recommend that you return your products using registered post as Koalacubs is not responsible for returned items whilst in transit. We also ask that you include a note stating the following: your name, date you ordered the item and the payment method used. 


All prices are in Euro and are not inclusive of shipping charges due to the cost per item reducing when multiple items are purchased (shipping prices are listed separately above). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. 


Availability, Colour and Sizing

All items offered on our web site are subject to availability. We regularly update the website to make it clear what items are in stock but on very rare occasions an item listed may not be in stock and we will contact you immediately to confirm if a full refund, or alternative product is preferred. We can usually also order in specific colours and will advise of delivery times for same if relevant. Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. All sizes are approximate and taken from manufacturers specifications. They are intended as a guide only. 

Privacy Policy

It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and any other details supplied by you. 

We may contact you by email or post to provide information specifically about your order or to raise queries about your order if required. We do not generally send marketing emails but may very occasionally send information by email if we feel it may be of genuine interest to you. Such marketing emails will be limited to a maximum of two or less emails per year and you can at any time request that we remove your email address from our records.

Note that no information about customers, their bank details, passwords etc. are stored on our website. All online payment transactions are handled by Paypal and their security systems. Paypal does not at any point pass on any bank details, passwords, or financially sensitive information to Koalacubs.

You will be aware that it is possible for some companies to send emails pretending to be from any email address, including Koalacubs : If you receive an email that appears to be from Koalacubs but does not relate to our products, please delete it. Never click on any links on an email from Koalacubs unless it is very clear that we are sending you information that you have specifically asked for, and never under any circumstance respond with banking details or passwords, even if requested to do so by email. We will never ask for passwords or banking details under any circumstance.

We use Analytics to gather anonymous information about visits to our website. This information is used to provide information on the number of visitors to our site and what pages are of interest to our visitors. Anonymous information such as the rough location of our visitors (typically only to the nearest 40km) is also gathered. No personal information is gathered or used and the information gathered is not used for any purpose other than helping us to provide a better website for our customers.

KoalaCubs offers a full after-sale support service. Feel free to email us with any questions you have regarding your product and we'll do our best to help. Our customers are very important to us and we are always pleased to hear from you.

Important Safety Information

When using a Sling or Carrier, always refer to the manufacturer's instructions. Each time you use your baby carrier, check the stitching is fully intact and that all components of the sling are operational and without fault. Koalacubs cannot be held liable for any injures which occur by the misuse of a sling or carrier that we provide. The safety of your child is your responsibility.

it is advisable to have another adult close by to aid you with getting your child in and out of the sling. It is best to stand over a soft surface (like a bed or sofa) when using your new sling and then double check in a mirror that you have put the sling on correctly.

No advice provided on this website shall be construed as definitive safety information and reference should be made to the manufacturers information for same.

Koalacubs are a reseller and any liability for manufacturing or design faults are the full responsibility of the manufacturer. We only sell genuine baby carriers and are careful to supply carriers from well known and reputable manufacturers. However, in the very unlikely event that a fault is discovered, please contact us in the first instance. If we are unable to offer a prompt solution, we will refer the issue to the manufacture. If you notice anything wrong with your carrier on arrival, please do not use it and inform us immediately. We will offer a full replacement or refund if the carrier has not been used.
